Youth Fall Ball

Fall Lacrosse Clinics

8U & 10U

Players will learn the basic skills and terminology of lacrosse. The development of stick skills and lacrosse knowledge is provided by experienced NCLA coaches in a 1:8 coach to player ratio.  More experienced players will sharpen their existing skills. Players are encouraged to bring their own stick and facemask. A limited number of sticks and facemasks will be available to loan for beginners; we are happy to provide equipment recommendations. All players are required to bring mouth-guard and water.  Cleats are recommended.

8U: Players born between 9/1/2011 - 8/31/2013
10U: Players born between 9/1/2009 - 8/31/2011

12U & 14U/9th Grade

Sessions will focus on rules of the game, positions, development of stick skills, offensive, defensive and transition concepts, as well as offer opportunities to showcase topics learned in scrimmage play. Players should emerge from the program with a solid understanding of the game, basic skill sets and the confidence needed to keep taking their game to next level.  Players with more experience are welcome to participate to sharpen their understanding of the game, sharpen skills and engage in competitive scrimmage.  All players are required to bring a stick, protective eye wear, cleats, water and mouth-guard.
