Fall Lacrosse Clinics

Kindergarten - 2nd Grade

Players will learn the basic skills and terminology of lacrosse. The development of stick skills and lacrosse knowledge is provided by experienced NCLA coaches in a 1:8 coach to player ratio.  More experienced players will sharpen their existing skills. Players are encouraged to bring their own stick and lacrosse goggles. A limited number of sticks and goggles will be available to loan for beginners; We are happy to provide equipment recommendations. All players are required to bring mouth-guard and water.  Cleats are recommended.

Kindergarten-2nd 
grade: Players born between 9/1/2013 - 12/31/2016

3rd - 5th grade and 6th – 8th grade

Sessions will focus on rules of the game, positions, development of stick skills, offensive, defensive and transition concepts, as well as offer opportunities to showcase topics learned in scrimmage play. Players should emerge from the program with a solid understanding of the game, basic skill sets and the confidence needed to keep taking their game to next level.  Players with more experience are welcome to participate to sharpen their understanding of the game and sharpen skills.  All players are required to bring a stick, protective eye wear, cleats, water and mouthguard. We are happy to provide equipment recommendations

3rd -5th grade: Players born between 9/1/2010 - 8/31/2013
6th - 8th grade: Players born between 9/1/2007 - 8/31/2010
