As a non-profit organization, NCLA is always looking for community member and parent involvement to support our programming!

NCLA offers a variety of coaching opportunities for boys and girls lacrosse, including clinic instructor and head coach/assistant coach positions for spring recreational teams.

NCLA seeks coaches who have lacrosse playing and/or coaching experience and are excited about teaching lacrosse to youth players.

NCLA also encourages parents with coaching experience in any sport to get involved with NCLA; they will be provided guidance and an experienced co-coach to work with. This is a great opportunity to learn their child's favorite sport!

As a program, NCLA is committed to high quality coaching that appropriately teaches fundamentals and advanced concepts to players as they progress in their lacrosse career. As such, NCLA provides coaches with opportunities for training through the US Lacrosse Coaching Education Program.
